Gin is all too often considered a spirit that is only to be used in dry cocktails or solely with tonic. It is however much more versatile. It can be a delight as an after dinner digestif or the base to a sweeter concoction.
This blueberry and vanilla gin excudes cafe muffin-esque aromas. Sweet caramelised blueberry on the nose mingles with the slight hint of Madagascan vanilla.
The gin is dry, but the aromas are right at home mixed with the sweet maltiness of a cola, or as an interesting alternative to the base of a White Russian.
